Where does the information in your Responsible Exporting elearning course come from?

Dr. Bärbel Sachs from the law firm Noerr LLP is assisting Sponge with the implementation of the "Export Control & Embargoes" training course. She is an expert in international and European foreign trade law and specializes in export control law, customs and embargo law.

After working as an Associate Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, she has headed the foreign trade law team at Noerr LLP since 2012. She has been advising clients in all areas of foreign trade law since 2006 and regularly publishes in this field, including as a member of the Board of Editors of the trade journal World ECR.
