Capital markets compliance - insider trading, investor protection, and market manipulation.

The profitable exploitation of knowledge advantages, so-called insider trading, is prohibited. Market manipulation, i.e. influencing price determination by spreading false information or feigned actions, is also prohibited. The legal basis for this is the European Market Abuse Regulation and the European Directive on Criminal Sanctions for Market Manipulation.

With our learning programme "Capital Market Compliance", you can train your employees in the most important aspects of insider law or insider trading, market manipulation and customer protection in investment advice.

The expert author of this training course is Dipl.-Kfm. Daniel Wildhirt, partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers WPG (PwC). He deals with the topics of investor protection and compliance as well as strategy development and process optimisation. Mr Wildhirt has been advising renowned banks for years on the analysis of regulatory innovations as well as on the optimisation and implementation of new and existing requirements. He is co-author of the reference book 'Trends in Private Banking' and worked in Private & Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank AG before joining PwC.
